Funny, sad, or irresponsible - Lounge Lizards - 10-20-2014
Two nights ago I had to service one of my monthly accounts in a large shopping mall.
When I got there, I got a bit of a shock.
There was a Transit van parked near the mall entrance with hoses running inside where two people of dark Asian appearance were cleaning carpet.
In a store that I had previously cleaned, one time.
The waste hose from the t/m was discharging into the car park waste water drain which empties into the Coral Sea.
No signs on their van, dressed only in shorts, singlets and thongs (on their feet).
Security was notified, but they were not very concerned about it, (dinner time).
Delia went into this store yesterday afternoon and slipped off one shoe.
Carpet was still wet, slippery and smelled rank.
Got a phone call from centre management late yesterday wanting to know what I saw etc; as someone had taken a fall on the terrazzo when exiting this store.
When I arrived late afternoon most of the suds had gone down the drain, should have taken the pic as soon as I stopped my van.

When I left a bit over an hour (& a $165.00) later, this was the scene.

No wonder carpet cleaners get such a bad name.

The question is, did they dump them? That's horrible.

That is a sad reality! Many cleaners are dumping illegally and irresponsibly.
One more advantage of the encap system... no contaminated waste water.
The environmental benefits are huge compared to running a truckmount.

And don't forget extremely less water, ***** I did a 4 Area Clean 300 Sqft each and used 1 1/2 gallon of water. Turned out brand new
