Does anybody have good estimate spead sheets so I can get a idea how I would make up mine.

Prestige1, on Shorty's advice I recently purchased the CMS offered here. It has user-modifiable forms, among which is a spreadsheet/estimate form. It has the calculations built in. At least give it a look.
