Just looking for some ideas for marketing encap.
How do you explain it to customers?
What would be the benefits of VLM?

There is a lot of good information on this forum. By the way, what is your background? Do you own a carpet cleaning company? Or are you simply helping a carpet cleaning company with their marketing?
