I have a large CGD hospital offices job coming up soon. Usually, I Cimex with Releasit and then follow up with a quick hwe rinse using Punch. Is this the best combination or should I be rinsing with something else, instead of Punch?

Encap-Punch is the way to go
Works GREAT as an encap rinse detergent!!!
Plus it leaves an encap residue that can't attract soil, so the carpet actually stays cleaner than with traditional HWE chemistry.
