Concrete cleaning - leofry@1966 - 11-30-2015 questions I am cleaning 17000 sq feet of concrete this week and want some advice. things to know concrete is not that dirty , well not crazy dirty its pretty much wide open space. when i first got this job i looked into buying a scrubbing machine but then i thought ok this is most likely a one time deal, so i thought i have a cimex and a 175 and a huge walk behind shop vac. I also have 2 young men helping me so here is what i thought. one will put product down with the cimex or 175 and the other will walk behind with the walk behind shop vac. what do you think ? also what product ? what brushes or pads ? how long do think it would take. i have about a total of 16 hours do get this done ... thanks John RE: Concrete cleaning - encapman - 11-30-2015 Rent an auto-scrubber if there's any possible way you can do that. It will be sooooo worth your while! I promise. RE: Concrete cleaning - leofry@1966 - 11-30-2015 yeah i thought of that .. you think you can knock out 17,000 sq feet in 6 hours ?? and what product would you use Rick ? RE: Concrete cleaning - encapman - 11-30-2015 An auto-scrubber and a good floor cleaning detergent. That's all you should need. With an auto-scrubber you should be able to clean a couple thousand sq ft per hour. RE: Concrete cleaning - MikeHabib - 12-08-2015 They make an attachment that hooks up to a pressure washer and works like a HydroForce tile cleaning machine. From what I have seen on youtube , it works great. |
