About how many sq ft can the 20lb do? on light to med soil level. Will it work on berber carpet?

RE: NEW Adsorb Ultra - encapman - 12-06-2015

Here are conservative averages for cleaning with Adsorb Ultra on various soil conditions.

Light Soil: 80 Sq. Ft. per Lb. ~ or 1,600 sq ft per 20 LB container.
Medium Soil: 50 Sq. Ft. per Lb. ~ or 1,000 sq ft per 20 LB container.
Heavy Soil: 25 Sq. Ft. per Lb. ~ or 500 sq ft per 20 LB container.

And yes, it will work great on Berber.

What would be the most efficient and thorough process to spread the compound? By the way, I did recently purchase a 20" Brush-N-Cap machine. Mostly using it to pre-scrub before HWE. Loving it!!

This is how I spread it. I spread my feet and place a hand full at the end of my shoes then repeat at 90degrees making a square. Then I place a handful in the middle of the square. Imagine a dice with the number 5 showing. Don't apply near edges. It spreads out much further than the original dice pattern. This product is really good at soil removal if used correctly.

I normally just toss powdered compounds by the handful. I go heavier in the center of the traffic areas, and lighter toward the perimeter. I'll normally do between 50 sq ft to 100 sq ft sections at a time.
