My target for 2016 are more commercial clients. Have read a lot good things about the cimex r48.
While searching a used cimex i found a well priced used cimex r61.
What do you think about this 24" model?

The 24" CR61 is no longer in production. If you can get one at a good price though, and you have a need for large machine, then it may be worth considering. But I've always felt that the 19" machine hits the sweet spot. It's easily maneuverable. Cleans like a champion! And if I were to clean a really large area, I'd prefer to run 2 of the 19" machines (38 inches); it gives me more options. With 2 machines you have so much more flexibility than the gain of extra 5 inches with the 24" machine. And when you factor in the fact that the 24" machine is not as nimble, I don't think it's a reasonable trade off. But if I had to maintain a huge carpet (like an airport) I could see the benefit of having a 24" machine. However for normal day in day out commercial carpet care, the 19" machine wins hands down IMHO.
