Carbonation? - jsjanitorial - 12-22-2015 I've been checking out some of the competition in the area and I see there is a chem-dry franchise. I was looking at their info and it says they use low moisture with carbonation? Anyone have any info on this and how it compares to encap? Especially when it comes to commercial carpet. Thanks! RE: Carbonation? - encapman - 12-22-2015 Marketing. I am not aware of any other advantage to carbonization than that. But I'd be interested to hear anyone else who has information about carbonization attributes. RE: Carbonation? - GroovyJon - 12-29-2015 Helps with red wine spills and gives drinks a good kick. RE: Carbonation? - jsjanitorial - 07-16-2016 well quick update. Got a call this week from a ChemDry client who wasn't very happy with their system. They wanted me to clean an apartment that had been smoked in. They were a bit hesitant to hear I use low moisture and thought I'd have the same results as chemdry. They decided to give it a try. Since it was a commercial style carpet I was able to Cimex using DS2 and a dose of odorcide (I didn't have the one specifically for cigarette smoke since I usually do commercial and my state has no smoking laws) Outcome was great and they were pleased. They have other investment properties, not sure what all they own but hopefully will lead to more business. Said it smelled so much better than when Chemdry does it. Charged $65 for 150 sq ft, not bad. RE: Carbonation? - NJP - 07-17-2016 Well that was a cheap price but hopefully you will get more work from them. Good luck! |
