Duragrip pad driver - Perry - 06-20-2016

I just put the duragrip pad driver on my orbot and man does it ever grip the bonnets and glads. So I used a black floor pad on the driver then I used it on  the bonnet to try and run the machine at home.
Anyone else try this?

It just seems that the duragrip could be hard on the cotton or glad pads because it holds them real well then when you try and pull them off the duragrip they seem to pull the bonnets thread.

You've got the right idea about using a stripping pad. The only problem is that the strip pad may not grip the bonnets all that well. But it will protect the bonnets somewhat.

We find that the bristle pad drivers, like what comes on the Vario have become popular, because they won't rip at the bonnets. You'll also find that Microbeast bonnets won't tear like the terry cloth bonnets can.

But a stripping pad will help to tame your terry cloth bonnets. Been there, done that myself in the past. Smile
