Transport cart - FloorCareMD - 11-21-2012 Rick and everyone, Any of you use a transport cart (janitor cart type)for the necessary supplies (gallon bottles; spray bottles; extra pads; cords; rags; gum spray; wet floor signs ; drinks, etc...) when doing larger carpet jobs? They make the job much easier, especially multi-floor buildings where you have to haul everything up elevators. On one of our senior care home jobs, we use a cart and it works out great. We even place a lockable Rubbermaid box on it to lock the chems up as per a requirement in the nursing homes. RE: Transport cart - encapman - 11-21-2012 I've been using The Rubbermaid Brute 40 Gallon containers with attached dolly for years. It'll carry everything you need into the building. One hand pushing the Cimex, the other hand pulling the Brute. 40 Gallon Brute: http://www.globalindustrial.com/p/janitorial-maintenance/garbage-recycling/containers-plastic/40-gallon-square-rubbermaid-brute-waste-receptacles-gray Dolly: http://www.globalindustrial.com/p/janitorial-maintenance/garbage-recycling/containers-plastic/dolly-28-40-gallon-square-rubbermaid-brute-waste-receptacles This is a very rugged and practical way to easily bring all your buckets, cords, pads, spotting stuff, etc, into the building. RE: Transport cart - FloorCareMD - 11-21-2012 Cool!
