But on my profile, I see I have a "Warning Level: 0%"

I haven't seen this on any other profile.

Everyone has a warning level attached to their profile. Guess that's a built in tool where the moderator can issue warnings if someone's behaving too much like some of the guys on some of the other message boards. LOL So you just better watch yourself Shorty. Or else we may have to bump that up from 0%. Wink

RE: Excuse me Mister Rick - Cairnswun - 12-04-2012

Ooh-waa, I better watch my p's 'n q's then.

Sorry, you blokes probably don't understand p's 'n q's??

It was and olde English tradition, at the closing of the pub at night, the hotelier would shout out, "Watch yer p's 'n q's".

This meant, have a squiz (look), at yer pints 'n quarts, 'n if yer need another one, yer better get it now 'cos the pub's closing.

Over the years, us Colonials have translated it into meaning, watch yer manners.

Which I shall now endeavour to do, so I don't get "upgraded". :-)

Shortwun.

AMERICANS UNDERSTAND P'S & Q'S.

Yes, we say it here as well.

Never knew the origin though. Cool info, thanks.
