Vario Pro Model Jets Leaking - randyg6224 - 08-23-2016

Both jets on my Vario machine continue to leak after spraying, almost a small drizzle.  I've replaced the jets with new ones with no change.  Anyone else having this issue?  Thanks for responding.

I have heard of that before. First make sure the jet caps are good and tight. If that doesn't work then take out the strainer/check valve (it is nested inside the jet body behind the jet) out and flush them with water. Sometimes a piece of grit can get lodged under the check valve inside that strainer. If none of that works and it continues to drip more than several drops, call us at ES and we will get you new strainer/check valves.

Another solution to this problem if all other things have been tried is to replace solution line with a more stiff plastic. The flexible lines will expand under pressure and after you stop pump the line pressure will cause drip.

That is a great suggestion Joel! I have not considered that at all.
A slightly higher rated PSI check valve with a larger screen will also help sometimes.
It is always a good idea to flush your sprayer system with warm water at the end of the day.
Encap solution can build up if not flushed and cause problems.
