Monthly photo contest submission - mastercleaner - 12-04-2012
I'm a Certified Master Cleaner and Master Restorer and Senior Carpet and Flooring Inspector. This area constantly wicks back, the carpet is 13 years old and is under heavy use. I've been experimenting with every type of chemical and encap out there. I've tried other products and they initially work, but the spot always comes back. On this spot, it's been there 3 days and the area hasn't come back and still looks great!
I am also the international spot and stain removal champion 5 times for SCT, ISCT and SCRT. Your encap spotter did the trick! I got it at Connections. It is far superior than any other product. I have 29 years experience in the field.
