Link bifold ramps - jsjanitorial - 10-16-2016

I have a chance to buy a 10ft bifold link ramp off craigslist. I need a long one because my van sits up high and my driveway is on a hill. This is the bifold that is made to fold up and store vertically. My van isn't tall enough to store this way. Can it just sit on the edge of of my van bed when loading and then be folded and slid in long way? Or is the only option the vertical storage? Right Now I'm using a homemade wooden ramp and it's heavy!
The trifold link would Be Great but it's not in the budget anytime soon.
Thanks.

Think I found the answer. This ramp is over100  lbs. Looks like i will need either the trifold, or one of the lws series.

The LWS series ramps are amazing. Perfect for the type of equipment our industry loads.

Do you have a van or a pan-tech??

Pantechnicon is a truck where the box body sits above the chassis.

If this is the case, can you store the ramps along the chassis, under the van body itself??

This would make it so much easier to handle and put in position.

I only drive a van, so I have 3' extension ramps which extend out to 6'

They stand up in my van easily.

Fully extended.
