Can you use the fiber plus pads to scrub other type of floors , from time to time i clean concrete floors and tile floors, have any of you ever used fiber plus pads to scrub those type of floors

The gray FiberPlus Max pads work well in floor scrubbing applications. The Max pads are what I'd recommend for most applications. The beige FiberPlus pads have a milder abrasive. The standard FP's are a good cleaning pad for general maintenance. And since their abrasive is lighter, you can even use them for cleaning wood floors and laminates that you need to use caution on. For smooth/polished concrete, these pads would work great. But if its rough concrete, you'd want to use a T&G brush.
