86.000 sq fts of hotel carpet - Bernd - 08-31-2019
After a long while i am posting and asking again for your professionell advice and experience.
I have to bid for two Marriott Hotels. 360 rooms, ball rooms, floors....More than 86.000 sq fts! They have a company for more than 16 years cleaning their carpets wifh portables but are now looking für some cheaper alternatives.
The carpets are in a good condition. They only want "one year cleaning".....wet cleaning...
Did you ever encap hotel rooms? How can i convice them for encapping?
Thought of giving them a free test cleaning. What do you think? I could use a Sprayborg, Cimex or one small or two larger CRB's.
