I was dealing with a coffee stain that took 3 attempts. I called excellent supply for some advise because I have never had such difficulty removing coffee. Tanoah answered my call and advised me to use hydrox 50/50 mix on stain dwell 15+ minutes then rinse out with spot encap. I installed 360 fan went back 4 hours later and I'm now a hero in the customers eye..thanks again!

LJ 511 117 043 USerience w/ hydrox, I will need 3 more cases and my clients are really liking DS2 especially after the first vacuuming.
