Is Hydrox appropriate for wool carpet? any cautions?

Test for colorfastness first (of course that's always the course of wisdom). As long as the carpet is colorfast, Encap-HydrOx will be a safe product to use with wool at normal working dilutions.

Thanks Rick. I'll test it for sure. It is a light colored carpet with no bright color or patterns. I was just a little caught off guard when she said it was wool as I have never had anyone ask if we clean wool other than orientals which I use a low ph foam on.
