Multiple Pricing Options in Commercial Proposals - Blue Ridge Floor Care - 09-04-2013

How many of you guys offer multiple prices based on frequency of cleaning in your commercial proposals? How many different prices do you give, and what frequency are they based on? We currently just bid the job based on the price we need for one cleaning, but are considering changing our approach.

Yes, it makes sense to offer different pricing tiers for varying frequency of service. In fact it'll help you to sell them on a "Maintenance Contract", as opposed to a one time service. If you vary your prices on a sliding scale you can help your customer see the VALUE of having more frequent service. And although they'll, pay a little more over the course of an entire year, they will get to enjoy clean carpet year round. And that amounts to a Wim Win!

I offer:

One off pricing (same as annual)

Twice yearly

Quarterly

Monthly (yay!)

Also, I always price two ways:

I move chairs, misc. items
They move chairs, misc. items

Many times they'll move all the stuff for me this way. Makes things a lot easier, imo.

Yep, I like everything moved for me also. Faster and they save money and I save time.
