After using encap on residential does anyone give a going over with an oreck op with a pad.

I have an Orbot and on fairly clean carpet I just spray and use microfiber pads. On dirtier carpet, Ill presray and let dwell. Then scrub with fiber plus pad and then finish up with the microfibers.

Tomorrow I am using Punch on pile carpet 3 rooms & Hydrox on white berber.
Tools I use is a 175 with solution tank and white floor pad. I don't need
any other pad after that. Groom the pile carpet with rake. This a ref from another job
that gave high recommendations. No matter how clean the carpet is, I always treat all carpet as dirty.
