Spotting with encap and no rinse
#1
I had 2 potential cadillac customers today. both had spotting issues on light natural fiber berber carpet. first was blood. releasit is my first go to but with blood I used stain zone diluted by about 20%. after applying quite alot I went over and encapped with hydrox. I did not rinse since I did not bring my spotter or porty (even thou it says to rinse, BP rep told me that you do not need to with this product) next job had a watermark that I started going throu the spotters in order and then followed with encap spotter (nothing seemed to work) When I encapped It again with hydrox, it started foaming up, I folded a terry towel placed my polisher on top and went over it. I guess my question is even though if used in small amounts these spotters do not need to be rinsed, If you start stacking them up and using alot how bad is it to leave all that behind in the carpet? and if you rinse, does it interfere with the encap process? Hope this makes since.
