just like new rotovac 360i .only used it on 5 jobs or so (I accidently broke off a small plastic piece on the end of the handle cover of machine a week after I bought .that little piece does not serve a real purpose, it can be taped up or order a new piece. still works like new as it should be. only reason I am selling it is because I am getting out of residential and doing mostly commercial janitorial. if you never used on of these and clean carpets ,you don't know what your missing .cleans a lot better and twice as easy vs a standard wand . I paid $2400 new I am asking $1500 cash text me at 479-747-9612 for pics and video
