Hi everyone, I have 2 older Cimex R48 carpet machines for sale. Both do operate but will need some maintenance in the future. Both run a little loud. I dropped the bottom plate on both machines, removed the belt on both and determined that both machines will need bearings (the bearings that go on each pad driver pulley) 2 bearings per pad driver $17.00 per bearing to repair. This does not impair the operation ability of the machines.
These are older machines, I have performed some basic maintenance on both and I am repainting the machines this weekend to make them look more cosmetic pleasing. Neither machine come with pad drivers.
