Blood could be handled with a strong mix of Encap-HydrOx mixed with cold water. Although the previous attempts to treat the spot by the customer may have set the stain into the fiber.
To remove the red dye, you could possibly succeed with Red Relief, and then possibly some Stain Magic too if that doesn't get it. But make no promises when it comes to red stains There's no telling how severe the situation has become. |
