We performed a couple of maintenance updates last night to the EncapBoard. It should be a bit more responsive now. And hopefully this will correct the bandwidth bottleneck problems we had been experiencing too. 

While we were in upgrade mode, I went ahead and freshened up the site logo and background color too (there's an A-B comparison below). Hope you enjoy the new and improved EncapBoard.

Rick, the memory is fading, was it Shang Ri La or Harbour Lights??

I tend to think Harbour Lights where I'm their main go to, for cleaning carpet & upholstery.

Been there again today.
