Well after two years I finally receive it by UPS today and I'm surprisingly surprised how durable this machine is made. I gave it a test drive on my living room carpet and I was amazed by the sand it pulled up. I expected fuzz or staple yarn but not the amount of sand. Long wait but worth it! Of course as always customer service was top notch!

I hope you like your new BrushEncap. And welcome back to the world of carpet cleaning Rich! The BrushEncap is a cool CRB machine. Its dry Soil recovery is terrific. And it scrubs like crazy too for doing encap cleaning, and/or dry powder cleaning. Enjoy!!!
