Shorty started talking about his passion for Photography in another thread.
So I've started this thread to continue the discussion in a separate thread...

Personally, I cut my teeth on a Nikon FM2 back in the early 80's.
Currently I've been using a Nikon D90 for product shots.
And I also enjoy working with Fujifilm mirrorless cameras.

Here's a my latest setup for working on product shots. The Nikon that you see is tethered to my iMac. The camera and the shot is fully controlled from the computer. It's the best setup I've come up with for product shots to date. We'll now be in a better position to update and add new product images. Smile

Lookin' good Rick.

Had my desktop to the Doctors as I was unable to upload images from any camera.

Got it back. Angry  Still won't work.

I'll try to upload to a laptop & email through, then post if that works.

Cranky than a bull that just been slapped on the rump a couple of times.

I don't regret my past, I just regret the times I've wasted with the wrong people.
Take me as I am, or watch me as I go.
I'll retire when I can no longer do what I love, or I no longer love what I can do.
Stop moving, start dying........

We've had so much less troubles with computers since we went to all Macs nearly 10 years ago. They cost a bit more upfront. But from what I've seen, you get your money's worth on the back end.
