Hi Rob,
for mattresses, I've relied on my Kirby vac; with the uv light for dust mite control.
This is generally a pretty much a dry/slightly damp system as I also spray a product on afterwards.
I also hwe furnishings, as well as using a PROPER STEAM MACHINE, especially in the case of bed bugs which not only live in beds, so you have to be very thorough in each room for these critters.
BUT, I also back these systems up with Aaron G's MB products which I have found very good
We don't have access to the many companies that you have over there, beggars can't be choosers.
