I have over 1200 chairs to clean at a hotel. We are only cleaning 400 at a time. Due to their budget. I don't want to TM them. Would two people using a HOS micro work good? One person spraying and one using the micro. Just looking for the easiest and most economical way to knock these out.

I clean many Government chairs at their facilities, always use TM or at least a porty- I can go very quickly, probably more quickly than VLM. Time is money.

I agree with Slotools said.

First person:
1. Pre-spray
2. Pre-scrub with the Rota Drill brush.

Second person:
3. Perform a quick extraction.

I've used this two person approach many times on large quantities of commercial upholstery. It works really efficiently.

The Gecko extractor works great for these types of jobs. A larger extractor works great too, yet the portability of the Gecko is nice to work with. The Gecko can usually clean about 40-50 chairs before it needs refilling (which is also a good time to stretch your back, or maybe trade places with person 1 and person 2).

I assume the bulk of these chairs are from meeting rooms or banquet halls
if so pre scrub and extraction method cleans better.
Lots of food and drink spills.

When doing many chairs like this, I have a small folding table with extension legs of various heights.

I set it at the lowest height and place each chair on this for cleaning, takes a smidgen longer, but the back is saved.

I got the folding table, (made of aluminum and a plexi type top), because when I open it up, it's longer than and ordinary camp table and I can easily clean a chaise cushion on it.
