Many that post on this board did not know Peter but those of us in Ontario knew him well.
Just back from attending his funeral. Peter was a true pioneer in this industry and my association with Peter goes back to the early 70"s He was one of the founding members of the Ontario Professional Carpet Cleaners Association and a true friend of all those who came in contact with him.
Peter was one of the first to recognize the need for education and became the go to guy for knowledge Besides his passion for his family Peter had a great passion for upholstery cleaning He was constantly finding a better way to clean the uncleanables back in the 70's, and he would share his findings with anyone that was interested.
Peter was the OPCCA's instructor for our certification schools and later was an IICRC instructor until ill health some 14 years ago changed his life and forced him to retire a way to early
Rest in peace my friend.
