Good bye wrenches

Hello management.
After 26 years of dealership technician work then helping out at my dads shop after his health issues for the past year and a half, I have accepted a service advisor position with my old employer.
I'll still be a part time "Encap Master" because I love it (I'm crazy that way)
But I might not be posting as much at least until I get settled into the new gig. I'll be here from time to time to see what's new. Smile
Dealerships are like the mafia, they keep pulling you back in. Lol
I plan on building the commercial side by targeting more assisted living centers, nursing homes, doctor , dentist and eye care offices. These places are a VLM ers honey hole. Promoting the health advantages, convenience and lower slip and fall aspects of our services should be relentlessly pitched.
It is starting to work for me and all vlm ers should not overlook these places.
I'm working on brochures and presentations along with Ricks CMS PowerPoint show to set up at local "Health fairs"
I'll explain those more later when I have more details

Hi Mike, wish you all the very best in your new venture.

It's been a pleasure reading your posts and learning from you.

Take care, and as they say in the movies, "don't be a stranger here". Big Grin

Shorty down under.
I don't regret my past, I just regret the time I've wasted with the wrong people.
Take me as I am, or watch me as I go.
I'll retire when I can no longer do what I love, or no longer love what I do.
