It seems as though most of us over think things,take in all of the information & find your own way through experience. I was the same way 3 years ago & no matter how much we know we always learn something new everyday. Keep asking questions and you'll do fine

Don't ever stop asking questions, and don't always believe what many salespeople tell you.
Always ask other carpet cleaners that have the item that you are thinking about.
Ask all the silly questions as well, you may as well know the good and bad points of anything before you purchase it.
Don't always trust the end user that the salesperson recommends.
Rick, I admit, is an exception to these rules.
One is NEVER TOO OLD TO LEARN, and YES Virginia, you can teach an old dog new tricks.
