need help and advises please
#1
I got a contract with a big hotel near San Francisco bay area, 296 rooms .
I have no tools for the moment,so no experience . I 'm taxi driver , so all the hotel staff
now me, and will help how much was the last cleaning.(is ithat a chance of my life?).
I'm alone ,still confused which tools I need(vario , crb and gecko; vario,cimex,gecko...).
I have to hire somebody or hire a company to help me(using a same concept ,encap...)
(I have to be realistic)
inside myself I'm ashamed: a lack of experience , so I'm not competent yet and I would like to hire company representing me, using vlm method. So any help, advice ,suggestions
thank you all

finally, it's an impossible mission. I CANCELLED the contract, and will be happy to do it in the future , with a little of experience. Sorry to bother you .

That may have been a wise choice. To jump into a sizable account without equipment or experience is a recipe for trouble. Why not try to pick up some modest equipment and start off going after a few small accounts first? Gotta crawl before you can run.

How did you get this contract and why did they hire you? (no offense)

Makes one wonder who they would hire to treat bed bugs...or inspect their fire suppression systems

It wasn't a contract , but word of mouth. They( my friends), will hire me once I get my tools and some experience.

Listen to what Rick said before you find yourself in something you can't handle.

I would get either 200 psi with dual 2-stage vacuum and heat or 500 psi with dual 3-stage vacuum. I personally use 500 psi portable unit its heavy but does the job excellent. if you are worried about damaging carpet or upholstery then use DFC 105 i have never ever had any problems with it it is not strong enough for very dirty carpets but does a good job.

If we are talking about portable extractors, our TruckPort is a hard machine to beat. It offers performance that places it among the top extractors on the market. Yet dollar for dollar, I doubt that you can find a better offering.

The TruckPort portable carpet extractor offers tremendous bang for the buck! The new TruckPort portable from Excellent Supply contains all the necessary components to perform well. Extremely well!

The TruckPort is equipped with a 500 psi pump, dual 2-stage HiFlow 6.6 vacuum motors for powerful water lift [200"], and a 2000 watt heater. The TruckPort can run comfortably on two 20 amp circuits.

Measured with a vacuum pressure gauge.
Consistently measures 200 inches of water lift - or greater.

There's enough power to make the TruckPort a suitable alternative to a truckmount. Naturally no portable can ever fully match a behemoth truckmount, but sometimes behemoth isn't required. This high powered 12-gallon portable has ample power! It can be used as a backup machine for a truckmount operator, or it can be used as a primary hot water extraction system.

The TruckPort is built in the USA, whereas many cleaning machines are presently built, or sourced, in foreign countries. Some of these imported machines have a poor track record. The TruckPort has been engineered from top to bottom to provide years of reliable service. The extractor's body comes with a lifetime warranty, the vacuum motors have a 2 year warranty, and the 500 psi pump and electrical components carry a 1 year warranty.

If you're looking for a quality extractor with enough power to actually clean a carpet - the new TruckPort from Excellent Supply will serve your needs extremely well. And best of all, it's priced right too!
