"Post-bonnetting" or "Pad-capping" can help to improve a heavily soiled carpet. Running back over the carpet with a damp bonnet/pad can pull off some additional soil, following the initial encap cleaning. It can also smooth out the overall appearance and give the carpet a little extra "visual pop". Many cleaners do this on a regular basis. Sounds like you do it too. I'm not surprised Shorty - you're an ol' pro!
