Grumpy OP Machine For Sale or Trade

I have a Grumpy machine made by Trinity Renewal Systems. I bought it in Dec. 2014 for $5500. It is kawasaki green and has an on board spray system. I do mostly residential and it is much too heavy for me to drag up and down stairs. Great for commercial though. I've only used it a handful of times. I will take $3000 for it or I would consider trading for an Orbot or maybe a nice portable unit strong enough to run a tile spinner like a King Cobra. Or maybe some other stuff just let me know what you have. I am located in Crossville, TN and I will deliver or meet within a 200 mile radius. I don't want to fool with shipping. Picture is not of my unit but it is just like it except kawasaki green and handle is green also.
