I think ds2 and punch should have been used. These two are great on greasy carpet. I have enjoyed great success with these products and restaurants. I don't have time to post pictures but you will find them on my website in the gallery section. www.carpetcleaning-vt.com
A crb with punch and ds2 will work however I have found that extra scrubbing is the key to success. Occasionally I will throw some compound down in bad situations.
