CRB leaving rows in cpt?

Went back today, It was a saxony wall to wall carpet "they say from France" It did have some rows left from my crb machine, I sprayed some anti browning agent/acid rinse-post carpet treatment down and tried to rake with the brush head on the grandi groom, but I would still be there with that, so I brought out the Bot! sprayed down a little more encap and used a microfiber pad then raked, cust seemed very happy! I hardly use the crb since I got my Orbot, But now I know that saxony carpet really needs to be groomed well after a encap cleaning especially if using a crb machine! Thanks for the help!
