Oreck orbiter will work great.
Plenty of power for anything and very quiet.
Great for stairs with a microbeast!
I spray then use the Rota Drill Brush Attachment followed by the Oreck with a Microbeast.
Orbiter allows you to extract dirt using bonnets, CRB does not.
