Greasing the outside of the bearing won't do a whole lot since it is sealed but it may help to prolong the life by keep a little moisture or debris from getting thru. We sell Orbot parts and find that as a matter of maintenance the Counterweight bearing/retainer takes the brunt of the abuse in your orbital pattern so it may simply need to be replaced from time to time.
