Rinsing microfiber bonnets

You got it right the first time, simply rinse the bonnet well in the sink (and note all the dirty water that releases from the bonnet), then hand ring it out and lay flat to dry. 
Microfibers are easy to rinse out and keeping them out of the washing machine and dryer will really prolong their life.
