Rob I agree. It is just a different way of looking at things. When I worked for someone else in a small town we were not expected to work weekends and I loved that. I moved back to Houston to open this up 12 years ago and decided I would do that same thing. Now that I have employees I find it easier than most companies to keep them for a long time and one of the reasons is we don't work weekends.
