Both are good choices.
Encap-HydrOX works well. Give it 10 minutes of dwell time.
Encap-Clean DS2 is excellent on olefin Berber too (I'm assuming that it's olefin).
An advantage to Encap-HydrOx is that it can correct browning associated with wicking. And since olefin is a nasty wicker, Encap-HydrOx has an advantage. However Encap-Clean DS2 gets the nod for cutting through petroleum and oily soils. Like I said, "both are good choices".
