First person:
1. Pre-spray
2. Pre-scrub with the Rota Drill brush.
Second person:
3. Perform a quick extraction.
I've used this two person approach many times on large quantities of commercial upholstery. It works really efficiently.

The Gecko extractor works great for these types of jobs. A larger extractor works great too, yet the portability of the Gecko is nice to work with. The Gecko can usually clean about 40-50 chairs before it needs refilling (which is also a good time to stretch your back, or maybe trade places with person 1 and person 2).
