Thanks for noticing Shorty. 
We have an artist friend that I hired to create some original artwork for our website and he threw in the caricature of me as a gift. Stay tuned, we're planning some refinements to the website in the next couple of months, including a few cool hand-drawn graphics that should add a nice touch.
