Dwell - Yes or No?
#9
In the vacant resi units I have been doing this summer, I always pre-spray the traffic lanes and any obvious stains/spots with Punch. They get their 15 min or so of dwell time, then I move in with the Orbot for regular cleaning with MF Beasts (which is all I use anymore), spraying as I go. It really works like a charm, and it allows me to be very productive.

I usually pre-spray commercial traffic lanes as well, at least the dirty ones, and roll back through with DS2.

The Releasit products are awesome.
