I have my orbot, I bought it from Rick's company and I love it. I wouldn't trade it for a trinity. John is not a customer service friendly person from what I hear. Rick's staff is awesome! They will do what ever it takes to help you. JMO! If I'm in the market for a new machine Excellent Supply would be my first choice.
