I agree with both of the replies above! Restaurants are not normally worth going after. And the pricing above is pretty accurate too. Only exception is that it is OK to creep up higher than .12 per sq ft. The going rate in many places around the country for average commercial work is falling in at .15 per sq ft. And I'd suggesting sliding upward into the .20-.25 range for problematic or small jobs. And yes, a Cimex can open more doors for you and make it easy to turn a nice profit on commercial accounts.
