I have karate place that I do once a month. It's comm glue down. I use a pump sprayer with encap basic. I have a host liberator with zebra brushes. I go in vac with the host, then spray chem and brush in. As for dwell time, my son is the spray monkey so he goes ahead of me and by the time I do the next section it has had some dwell time. I leave the post vac up to them. Looks great when I am done.
