That sounds great, Kurt. I don't know what you would charge per square foot in that market. There are so many variables. Staining, repeat business, overall condition, and type of equipment you are using. But, the *reason* for the referral is that VLM works very well for libraries and (as Rick said in another post) low-moisture and quick drying times are very good for the preservation of books along with indoor air quality - as opposed to the wet environment created by many name-brand TM systems.
I expect you will be looking at a combination of commercial glue-down and ceramic tile flooring. And, you might recommend a cleaning schedule of 2-3 times per year. At least Fall and Spring.
