New tank for the newbies
#1
I'm a dummy, so I'm gonna ask this question.

I recently installed a new tank on my vintage Big Yella.

I think this is the "new design" tank.

Problem is this, take note everyone:

Before I start each and every job, I must squeeze the solution trigger and hold it open while I pull the solution hose through the release mechanism.

The piece of hose that has been under the weight of the mechanism has been flattened out and solution will not run readily through.

To fix this bit, I squeeze the sides where the hose has been flattened to allow solution to pass freely through.

This must be done on each job, moving the hose in the opposite direction each time.

How would YOU fix this permanently??

Think about the sliding adjustment at the rear of the solution tank. Wink

I believe that some may be a bit wary of posting such a problem, but I've still got broad shoulders. Big GrinTongue

Short 1 Cool
I don't regret my past, I just regret the time I've wasted with the wrong people.
Take me as I am, or watch me as I go.
I'll retire when I can no longer do what I love, or no longer love what I do.
Stop moving, start dying........
